All my life I've always been the "skinny fat" kid. I've never been over weight but I've never been solid either. This last winter was really rough for me personally and I put on about 10 pounds. My clothes were getting a little snug so I decided to lose some weight. So I lost 15 pounds in a very unhealthy manner. But after losing weight I still didnt look or feel like I wanted to. I was soft everywhere and had no energy at all. My boss inspired me to start working out and eating healthy. She talked to me a lot about the importance of nutrition and exercise. She is amazing! She also told me about bodybuilding.com which is AWESOME!! Its a huge motivation tool for me and has helped me and my boyfriend make a healthy, successful start towards true 'fitness'.
I think I'm a touch on the bored side now...with my workout I mean. I feel like I'm making great changes especially in my diet (if I could only stay away from those damn chocolate chip cookies!!!) I'm eating about 85% clean. And I know as summer approaches if I dont make the committment...
