Been lifting on & off since High School, nothing serious.. Took a long break @ 17-20 YO... Started again at age 21 and haven't stop ever since then..
Why I Love It:
The intensity, I love the pain! I just love lifting, it's part of my life.

BB Accomplishments:
I got in a bad motorcycle wreck 6/2003. Wheelchaired for 4 months. Fractured hip, Tore every single knee ligaments, patela, miniscus & a buldging disc on L4, L5, landed on both elbows(aggravated tendonitis).. I had my brother wheel me in the gym a week after the accident. I kept on pushing myself, worked through pain like it aint sh!t.. Loss a lot leg mass. Doctors told me that I will never Deadlift, Squats ever again..
They were wrong!
