ronin_ts intermediate division has always been the hardest in INBA,thats where ive learnt to keep close to contest shape. dieted only 5 weeks this year..needed an extra 2 though :P Jun 9, 2010 1:38am

MRFITNESS_28 Thanks for the info, I havent competed yet, need to add more size first ;) Targeting 100 by end of 2010 and lean at 90 early next yr. Im sitting around 8 - 10% constant for the last 1/2 yr pretty clean diet ;) What do you suggest I do to bulk quicker? perhaps ignore the bf for now and just eat ;) what do you think ? jesset22 yeah training for october. still trying to bulk. had the flu but 4 the last month, not happy. its really effecting my lifting. see how i go any way. i'm sittin bout 90kgs at moment so would have to start dietin soon Jul 10, 2009 12:10am
