thanks so much and this coming from you, being in the feild, means a lot. I would have never tought in 1million years that doing LESS cardio/eat more, would make me lose. Of course eat more means eat very good and that's very different from the 1200cal a day low cal/high carb that us aerobic chicks put ourselves through and then we go burn 2 hours in step class and go:huh? Still fat!! Weighhts have changed my life.
