I have always been interested in having a nice body. I was kinda the ugly duckling growing up.
Why I Love It:
Just love the feeling of being in shape, like being around other people who are in shape. It helps with keep me motivated.

I would like to loose about 15lbs and/or lower my body fat to about 10-12%.
Goal (Long):
My goal is to ultimately loose enough body fat to get my body fat percentage below 10%. I have been working out for a while now, but recently have been motivated. I want to get the motivation back, get the right supplements to assist with the weight loss, and move forward with working out.
