How I Started:
I began 4 years ago after high school and joined my first gym - Fred Smalls Golds Gym. Thats where I learned the basics and even did some personal training with Fred.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling during working out. I feel the process of improving my body inside even if I dont see the results immediately.
How I Stay Motivated:
To be honest I stay motivated by talking about fitness and checking out updates on Bodybuilding.com. Buying the latest Oxygen magazines also help too by seeing the body I want to have in the end!

Goal (Long):
Ive gotten a bit overweight, and I want to stop that here and now! I want to be back to my weight that I was four years ago. After repeatedly stopping and starting training and diet routines Im ready to get to my goal once and for all the safe way. I want to be happy with my body and myself inside and out, and im prepared to not stop until I get there!!
