How I Started:
I STARTED MY MISSION LAST YEAR ... THE MISSION TO LOSE WEIGHT ... AS I BEGAN HITTING THE GYM ..I STARTED NOTICING THE URGE TO WALK OVER TO THE WEIGHTS... PRETTY FUNNY SINCE ALL I WOULD DO WAS CARDIO.... BOO ...!!:)ANYWAYS... I FIGURED I WOULD GET IN SHAPE AND THEN GET SERIOUS... AFTER MANY MONTHS...ON A WEIGHT LOSS PLAN...I GOT MYSELF A TRAINER & FOR FIVE MONTHS I TRAINED WITH WEIGHTS...... WOW I LEARNED SO MUCH... NOW IM DEDICATED... AND MOTIVATED..ITS A LIFESTYLE..I CANT BE WITHOUT... MY BODY WILL LITERALLY BE IN SHOCK IF IM W/OUT FOR MORE THAN 4 DAYS..ITS INSANE!!!
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding... It keeps me motivated and I feed off my own accomplishments... And to top it off I love seeing the progress results.... I'm always finding way to shock my body,.... It's the best feeling.....when your hard work shows.... I LOVE TRAINING LIKE MEN DO..!

KEEPING BODYBUILDING.COM AS MY DEFAULT PAGE...AND ASSOCIATING MYSELF WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE..

30 SEC OR LESS..I FEEL THE FATIGUE AND THE PUMP WITH THIS REST PERIOD..

USUALLY --- 6-8 reps , 4-5 SETS for ( MUSCLE GROWTH)... SOMETIMES ILL MIX IT UP WITH 5 X 5 LOVE THIS BC OF MASS INCREASE...& SOMETIMES ILL THROW IN HIGH REPS 8-12 W 4/5 SETS...FOR ENDURANCE AND DEFINITION.USUALLY --- 6-8 reps , 4-5 SETS for ( MUSCLE GROWTH)... Im doing great thanks for asking. I have just been so damn busy with work. Im trying not to let that get me in a slump though. I still been hitting the gym, I just need to watch my diet. How is everything going with you?
Hey ! wow yeah sounds like you jhave busy schedule...:( well just make sure you are still dieting properly and just try to make in the gym as much you can. I am good really working hard and i see great progress.:) Will have some pics up in couple weeks. Thanks i needed to change it up a bit.
