im 6'2" n weigh 214 n im tryna lose da last 10-15 pounds of fat. ive lost 30 pounds n the last 3 months but its seems like these last few pounds arent tryna go. i work out n run 6 days a week twice a day n have a healthy diet im following. DO U HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR ME?
