I wanted to be better at martial arts, so I figured one of the best ways to improve was to work on my physical condition. Started working out and I loved it.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
For compound movements, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, because I am usually too tired to do another intense set before that long. For isolation exercises, 45s to 1 minute.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Lower back injury from doing barbell military press. Was only for about a week, but I never do that lift with barbells anymore, just dumbbells.
