whats up bro! just trying to keep focused, called my self dropping to 230 lol, i dont think that happens, as i tighten up, my weight goes up too , i dont even look at the scale no more

alot going on man, mind on work stuff, my college stuff and the gym is like ahhh! takes alot of time bro, during the week i have 2 -3 hours to myself after the gym and thats 8pm -- 11pm

i need to start hitting the rack early, im up at night being nosy, thinking im gonna miss something, b/c i get home at 8pm almost everynight fromt the gym, 3 by 50 w moderate weight will shred your legs in no time, try it at least once, to see what i mean

They are going good, tired and sore, hitting parts of my body i never really focused on with high intense reps, like leg presses 3X50, killer, but im seeing results in my first weeks, but its mentally and physically challenging, especially the diet!
