Overall Goal: Well I wanted to get down to 230, lol doesnt look like its happening, im getting freakin heavier! as i get smaller, go figure, stuck at 255!!
Fit Status:
Just started back up, no time for social life, lol wow huh
I dipped in and out of it, always liked working out but always gave in to partying or other things, what can i say i was young, but the biggest thing is seeing people build their bodies that i know im better than lol, im competitive.
Why I Love It:
Gives me a sense of commitment, overall well being, love seeing my body transform, and challenge myself
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching myself transform, helping others train, comments and suggestions from others, and always comparing myself to the next man, trying to be better
BB Accomplishments:
I actually did a 10 rep set of 190lbs with tricep pushdowns! I was surprised...

family life, hmmm im single but, it keeps me outta places i dont need to be, im to tired to be in those places or just dont want to be in the environment you know

I dont drink, and i used to, but since ive been involved i lost the urges to, and realized the damage i was doing to myself

Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
Sore still from my leg workout on Day 2 lol, Today was a good work out, my back , delts, lats. I was in good spirits, my work out partner didnt show up but its cool, me and my mp3 player rocked on anyway lol. I can say that the dumbell shrugs was a killer in this session. 3 X 50. yep again,...
What up cuz, I'm actually workin on my diet so any tips with the pre-contest would definitely help me out. I'm in my "endurance phase" with the workouts so I'm doing 4x10 with almost everything for the next week or 2 then Ima go heavy for a month (5x5 or 4x5)
Nah square, I'm done competing this year. I'm gonna focus on putting on some lean muscle these next few months. Goal is to compete in the middleweights.
