Always wanted to bodybuild and get in shape so..here I am!!

I cant stand abs!! They just hurt so bad! I guess its because of the fat thats on top of them..but I will be okay. I wish I could just get lipo..LOL..make it easier on me!! I wonder if Lipo6 works??? I will look into that. LOL
Any suggestions on how to sike myself out so I can enjoy...
Give your abs a break. They don't appear until your bodyfat drops below 10%. It doesn't matter how hard you train them. Focus on lots of cardio. Stay away from sugar and salt.
Supplements... whey protein and thats about it. I am sure genetics play a role, however FOOD is the key! I haven't always looked like that. Hard work (6 days a week in the gym sometimes twice a day) and eat super clean! That's the secret!
Hi, you asked about supplements - so I use only a few. Hotrox and Gugul are the best for me...and it is not genetics, but food. I try to eat clear all year and before the competition I eat NO carbs, only meat and some vegetables...so it is what works. Minimum of nutrients (to save your muscles) and maximum of the work in the gym :-)
