to at least gain another 5 more pounds of muscle by June 09.
Goal (Long):
Im hoping to gain at least 23 pounds of muscle. my biggest problem is finding the right foods to eat. im lacking on the essential protein i need. sometimes i seem to have a hard time picking up myself to find something to eat. on average i eat about 3 times a day. but when it comes time to work out i don't play around.

You definitely look bigger man on you last progress pic. May I suggest you workout shoulders a bit more to achieve more of a V look. Very good start!
