How I Started:
I allways had a pretty smallish type build and initially just wanted to look a bit bigger and be healthier. I guess i just went a bit too far in that direction :)
Why I Love It:
Keeps me sane.. Stops me kicking my bosses ass when he doesnt pay me on time.
EDIT: Allright so my new boss does pay me one time, Allright so i like it cause of the attention it gets me from the ladies..

How I Stay Motivated:

Really i find i don't need to motivate myself. Just knowing that i can allways improve my current state is what keeps me motivated.

ani[i]al changed Body Fat from 11% to 11%, no change in the past 774 days
They caught a guy, but that's as far as it went, anyway. We haven't heard anything else at all.
But, we've at least upgraded from murders in this area to the H5N1 virus, otherwse known as bird flu. Oh, the region I live in is SUCH fun!!!
