Workout Program:
Monday-Friday:

Stretch
Meditate
Pus h-ups-Adding 2 a day
Squats-Adding 2 a day
Sit-ups- Adding 2 a day
Martial arts practice
Stretch
Meditate

In my opinion this workout is best for me is because I don't have any weights. But as a martial artist we all need to train differently. To me Martial arts is the most important since its my only talent and favorite hobby. I do this workout two or more times a day!
