I respect what you say on the forum. I hate those people that think that taking suppelements MAXIMIZES results in a quick jiffy, that is not true at all. I used to think that until a few months ago when I stopped taking all my suppelements except my Animal Pak and Whey protein and that feels good enough for me.

i read ur supplement thing i agree but i need to b stong for football and idf i dont get a scollarshipp to a college then ill b fippen butgers and thats the last thing i need i meen all natrils nice but i need some help so i need as much help as posible u may not think so but i meen i bench a lagit 200 and im 14 u may think im lying but idf u take 17 hd and nitrix ull jet up fast is u want to talk bout it just tell me whats u got im not trying to mess just say my point of view
