How I Started:
I watched pumping iron at a mates house & thought seeing Franco lift the car was cool. The next day i went to the gym local gym to train & 23 years later i am still training. The first time that i read Arnolds encyclopedia facinated me & had me dreaming that maybe one day i could look like that.
Why I Love It:
The positive mind set that it gives me. You know when you first start to work out & you see other people lifting heavy, well i am now that person & bodybuilding has helped me achieve in all aspects of both my personal & professional life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that feeling of training is with me for life. Its in my heart. All those persons who said that i could not do it well they can all KMA. All athletes who know the feeling of the hot lights on their skin, the smell in the pump up room & the constant desire that we have to achieve. We also know what it takes to get there with the dedication, disipline & desire that most "normal" perople who think we are freaks do not have.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
incorrect form / heavy weights & not leaving their ego at the gym door when they walk in.

Where do you find healthy recipes to try?
pretty much experiment at home with adding a little bit of this & that. sometimes it goes wrong & i just cannot stomach the food but when it good its awesome. home made low GI pizza with steak is my favourite. another of my favoutites is this smoothie when i dont have time to cook, MUSASHI wpi 60g, MUSASHI L-glutamine 40g, MUSASHI p40 protein bar that a cut up into small pieces, 1 x large bananna, 2 x scoops low carb / low sugar ice cream & straight in the blender. keeps me satisifed for a few hours till its time to eat again.pretty much experiment at home with adding a little bit of this & that. sometimes it goes wrong & i just cannot stomach the food but when it good its awesome. home made low GI pizza with steak is my f...more

say to myself that im eating something else. also latey im been adding plenty of herbs & spices to my foods
Hey man, no i have never considered entering a show yet, ill consider it in 2011, also im going to watch a show up at the gold coast on May 24th, you competing??? and the QLD ANB show in brisbane, i shud hit that up in october aswell! :D

We hear about shark attacks every so often. We having the coldest winter here in Florida. Temperatures fall below 0 which is very very rare. Coldest temperatues on record. Last summer there were a few shark attacks on the west coast of Florida.
