Thank you. Yeah I still weigh 146 in that picture and 18 percent body fat.so I do have quite a bit I can still lose.

Awesome! Are you competing soon? We have the Mr. Cincinnati coming up in April so I think I'm gonna check it out see if its something I'd be interested in. (not MR Cincinnati for obvious reasons, but you get the point) lol

Wonderful! I'm still off school until the 12th so I'm having plenty of time to do everything I need to! Except I'm a waitress so on shoulder and arm days when I'm carrying heavy trays of food I fear for the customers. Cuz I get a little shaky. Lol How about you?

lol you are NOT old! and you look GREAT for any age! I suppose we do tend to be harder on ourselves but I guess that pushes us harder! I just did cardio, going to do shoulders riiiiiiiiight..... now.

wonderful :) I love saturdays, they are my only semi-relaxed day. I had one minor casualty with an oatmeal over flowage in the microwave, lol but work out have been spot on. I'm getting ready to do some arm's and then I will send you my stuff. How's your weekend going?
