How I Started:
I had played soccer since I was 6 and when I graduated and chose not to play in college I felt like a bum. There were no real teams to join, so I decided to take up something else and I'm so happy I did!
Why I Love It:
Its become kind of a way of life. I'm big on work ethic so its not too hard for me. It makes me feel accomplished. I'll love it even more when i LOOK accomplished!
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying informed and looking at pictures of where I wanna be someday. I love the feeling of being healthy and strong. I also have a slight obsession with wanting a six pack.
