Why I Love It:
I enjoy several things about bodybuilding - the gained strength and energy levels, the level of focus and dedication, the atmosphere and the people who keep you motivated to succeed.
How I Stay Motivated:
Remind myself that there are no gray areas. Either I go or I don't become ripped. Progress pics are very motivating.
BB Accomplishments:
Doubled the amount I can comfortably bicep curl in about 2 months. Sharp wrist pain during those curls ceased after continuous use. Biceps and chest have grown an inch.

Good to hear man!! Youre gonna be a monster before ya know it! Training is going great. Ive increased all weights on all exercises. Im out growing all clothes. Haha.

Hey thanks man. Appreciate the kind words. Usually I do DB/BB Shoulder Press for mass. Then I'll do side raises and front raises both fairly heavy. I'll also superset them sometimes, and then burnout with some side cable raises. Also standing cable crossovers (i think thats what they are called) to hit the real delts.
