I GOT STARTED FOR FOOTBALL AND IM JUST LOVIN THE PROGRESS
Why I Love It:
i want people to look at me and say i wunna be like that, and i am finally starting to see this. it makes me feel great when i got 475 on dead lift or 315 on bench and i rep it and there are people around the gym just staring in awe.

There are three things that determine success, one being instincts - knowing what to do in the gym and with people; genetics-they determine how far you can go-you've got to make the best with what you have; lastly, there's understanding the data - nutritional data, training data, whatever. Instincts, genetics and education (data). Very few athletes have all three.

this is when i first started out liftin hardcore after a 11 month break
i just ordered the alri evo complete stack with jungle warfare and all that and stocked up on weight gainer and no-xplode i have been researching alot on this site in order to create my new program so i will post some pics this week and start up next monday hardcore.
hey man, i just decided to look at your profile since i see your from newark. i'm from wilmington and we train at the same place in new castle. i've never seen you in there in the 4 months i've been going there. what time do you lift during the day?
Is the Monster Program really the program you use?? I'm 6'7" and ive been looking for something new so if the monster program actually worked for a tall guy like you, I might give it a try.
