Goal (Long):
Getting in peak shape for life. I have always trained hard and eaten ok. I am cleaning up my diet and training hard to get some serious results. A total body transformation by the Olympia 2008.
Currently I am rehabing a broken wrist and herniated discs. Tha cast is off and the back is feeling better. Workout are every other day to allow ample time to recover.
MWF - Upper and lower body, light weight 12-15 reps
TTh - Walk and stretch and back excercises

Same here being a family man along with business is a challenge but worthwhile. Trianings others as well as myself, along with the fitness modeling is demanding. However, I welcome all of the blessings and challenges. Being blessed with the cover of Maximum Fitness has definately added a sixth gear!
Yes, I would love to try the other flavors. I'm getting close to need another tub of Isoflex, so I will be going over to David's NS. I believe his name is David.
Ugh! I was so devasted...US Customs wouldn't let me in!!! Long story, but they were being jerks. I SO wanted to be there. :(
Hopefully the Olympia will be a "GO" not a "NO". Lol...
I'll look for you on Mondays. I try and do just Abs on Mondays, because its so busy there on Mon. My name is Marty. CU there. 99.9% of the time I wear a blk Reebok compression top
No, I got the Isoflex at the nutrition store in the Raplhs shopping center, just north of LA Fit.
I miss the high ceilings from LA Fit, but not the huge crowds and high membership fees.
Yes, I'm at Henry's gym (Fitness-19). I got in at 12 bucks a month. I used to go to LA Fitness, at $34.99 a month. I only use the weight rooms, so the move to F-19 made sense.
