Hi- I am doing the Arnold amateur again this year in fitness. So I will be at the Arnold anyways. Would be nice to be at the bodybuilding.com booth with you. ;) A.

Hi Mr. J- Let's start with the Arnold Amateur and then go from there. Being Canadian makes it tough to compete in the good shows, as the strong shows are the ones for pro cards, like the NPC Nationals, and I cannot do those. Nationals in Canada of course in August. I really want to see how far I can push my body this year. I am not getting any younger. You? What shows? I see you are a fame athlete. A.
