How I Started:
After my cheerleading career ended upon graduating college, I did not have much to occupy my time. I did the party thing for a while, but it got old really fast, and after gaining some weight, I decided it was time to move on to fitness. I had seen a show on TV back when I was cheerleading and knew that it would be the next step for me. First show was myself and another girl but I learned so much and such began my new addiction.
Why I Love It:
I love being in the gym at 4:30am. No one is there, it is quiet and I have time to myself....and the run of all the machines.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love travelling, meeting girls who are just like myself, fit, motivated, and inspired to see how far they can take their bodies. Nothing is more satisfying that seeing the results of all your hard work in the gym, and a consistent diet.
