How i got started was well its a story to tell haha. I love vegas so i go there alot and i went to golds with my friend i at the time dident know about bodybuilding or anything like that this was about year and a half ago... so i saw this huge guy GIANT lol. It was Jay Cutler when i saw him like that I was like wow that guy is amazing thats what i want to do and be. So when i came back to cali i saw my other firend whos basically like a brother his names Art. He was huge 250 was his wieght. he was 180 and got to that naturaly in like 4 5 months he did a dirty bulk. So i was really inspired from there on if he could do it I could. So he started to show me things in the wieght room and exercises and i got used to them. Eventually I got the hang of it and i knew what i was doing. Now I have become what i am now. I help all the people that want help in my gym and i will always be there for people if they need help i was one of the people asking for help so i want to return the favor. i recently competed at the Muscle Beach Competion on July 4,2009 in Tenns Overall divison and i placed 2nd. So I am exited for whats next.
Why I Love It:
The reason i love bodybuilding is because its somthing not everyonw can do. This sport i think in general is the hardest i have done. I have played football, basketball, baseball, hockey, and swim. But the training and time and detication that this requires is way different and way harder. the diets the workouts you have to do is just amazing. I love when im sore because it means that i have worked that body part good. lol . But also seeing your body change the way you want it to is the best. Most people complain on why they are like that why they are fat... you have the key you can change your body to what u want it to be. My goal is to be like ronnie or jay.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I am about to compete or seeing the bigger guys at the gym or my bodybuilding friends working out. A good Ronnie or Jay video helps lol...
BB Accomplishments:
My future bodybuilding plans are to compete somemore and eventually get to the stage of the Olympia's. I love watching it and its amazing to be there. When i competed at Muscle Beach it was amazing i felt like i was at home. So i am going to compete some more for myself i love the sport and one day praying to god to get me where i need to be in the future but i will get to my goal. Like Ronnie Coleman said God has a plan for each and everyone of us...All you have to do is keep the faith and accept the calling.
