How I Started:
I started working out with my God sister, when I was young. She started taking me to the gym and I also worked out with her at home. When I got older I started working out with "The Firm" videos tapes. Then when I got to college I became a certified aerobics instructor and loved it. After college I slacked off ALOT and gained quite a bit of weight. So now I am trying to get off the weight I have gained from the past 5 years.
Why I Love It:
I feel empowered when I workout. I feel free and I just feel wonderful when I am working out. And a well toned body looks absolutely amazing to me!
How I Stay Motivated:
I picture my goals and how I want my body to look and that keeps me motivated.
I thank you as does my wife for your very kind words. They mean a great deal to both of us. I believe if you follow the Body for Life program including the nutrition as well as the weightlifting and cardio parts you will be amazed at the transformation your body goes through. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance feel free to give me a yell.
What got my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I in the best shape of our lives was following the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs, going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. You will need to challenge yourself to achieve great results but I believe they will be well worth the effort. Let us know if you would like more info.
