I was always chubby growing up. I decided I wanted to slim down a bit.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I look when I am in shape. I love the fact that I am usually a little bit bigger than anyone around.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thats a hard one. I often fall out of motivation. Still trying to figure that out.

Well I have quite a bit of good muscle. But I want to slim down even though I know I am going to lose some of that muscle.
Goal (Long):
I would like to get to where you can see my ABS. Its been 4-5 years. I am currently a pudgy 255 and will be shooting for 210-200. This will be very light as my thighs are in the 28" area. I expect to lose quite a bit off them. But I can always add lean muscle!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 50 lb

Hang in there. Next week will be better. Do your best to plan your meals and meal times so that you can keep your portion sizes reasonable and increase your metabolism. Think of building your metabolism like building a fire. Adding small amounts of kindling a little at a time builds a raging fire. Have a good weekend!
