How I Started:
my dad got me into working out at a young age and then one day he intorduced me to the sport I fell in love with the sport and as I got older I wondered why am I not doing this and then it started from ther.
Why I Love It:
Not many people are willing to put in time and effort into it. It teaches you great amount of discipline, Seeing my body change weather getting tone or getting big. Love lifting heavy weight looking good and love that its an individual sport so whatever happens win or lose its all on you thats what makes you a man you win you did it on your own if you lose you have to lose like a man get back in the gym and train to win for the next contest. No excuess.
How I Stay Motivated:
My good friends AJ and Jaci Sims they help me out so much they push me, yell at me,when we train smack me ha ha and keep me mentally motivated. My amazing parents who help push me in this sport my amazing mom who gets excited and helps me whenever I get ready for a show to all of those people is how I stay motivated.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Everything Takes time never give up; Listen to the negative things because that is your fuel in the gym to show people they are wrong about you. They are really awesome... Great bunch of people and LOVE there products.. Feeling really good as i diet down and holding a lot of size too... Dropped 6lbs in a week and still really full and thick.. Got 10 weeks till warm up comp and then 12 weeks till Musclemania
Well it isnt Until June 20th.. its Called Junior Caliifornia! Winners get put in Iornman mag so its kinda cool! haha but i am roughly 12-13 weeks out, so i still have plenty of time.. im just super stoked! haha. But are you trying to go out of state or are you staying in stste?
