How I Started:
I started after high school. I had always been very heavy as a child and my weight progressively increased as I got older. I had always tried to lose weight, but without the knowledge and materials It rendered me as a failure each time I would attempt. By the time I hit high school I was 200lbs. After I graduated that's when I became serious. Since I was taking a year off from school before heading back I wanted to use my time productively! I was reading an Oxygen magazine one day and thought I want a body like that. The next day I went to my neasrest gym and signed up for a membership, was consistent and dropped 50lbs in 5 months!
Why I Love It:
Knowing that I control the choices that directly affect my body gives me the power to attain and achieve greatness. And knowing that what I and many of the people on here choose to do is not easy, because if it was wouldn't every body be doing it?
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the damn pot belly I've created and trying to rid myself of it hahahaha!

When I finally became serious about losing weight after high school. Lost 50lbs, but I did too much weight lifting and cardio at the same time and ate into my muscle. Thought I knew what i was doing but obvioulsy didn't, couldn't get good muscle defintion unless I was flexing. Skinny fat chick!
