also I can't believe your 41! U LIE! :) Can I look like you when I grown up. When I saw your pic I thought you were 20 something..yes I'm serious. A piece of advice b4 competing. In Burlington, NJ. This is a pro qualifier show. I'm trying to get my body fat down that is the hardest part for me. You have any suggestions?

I'm never "relaxed". The second I finish a show I'm thinking about the next one and what I can do to my body. I've been concentrating on cardio and eating clean even when I'm not dieting. My goal is stay aroudn 145 off season and drop 15 pounds for competition.I may do a show in August...that gives me enough time to change my body the way I want.

Don't beat urself up abt cheating,ur new to this and it takes time to adapt.Ur human!Right now I'm not training for a show but I am eating clean and I allow myself one cheat meal.I suggest subscribing to Clean Eating, Oxygen and pick up Gourmet Nutrition.

you still have time to change your body...in 8 wks you can change a lot.I don't know how much cardio you're doing but I suggest twice a day.One should be 30 min and the other 45-60 minutes.Also throw in some High intensity interval training as well to reduce body fat
