How I Started:
had a bad fall down some stairs broke my neck and screwed up my back. also had my knees worked on.when in therapy no one would listen when i said thats to much. i hurt my self a few times in therapy, as no one would listen to me. so i quit and started working out at my pace at home and now am in a gym 6 days a week.i was laid up for 3 years because of all the surgery and in that time i gained a lot of fat. its coming off slow but it is coming off . you can bet on that!
Why I Love It:
i love the feeling of my body being strong
and and seeing the changes i have made to it.it makes me feel a lot younger and healthy
How I Stay Motivated:
my wife and three boys. my wife is a 5ft.3in stick of T-N-T. and sexy as hell. i cant let her be seen with some old broken down fat guy.
BB Accomplishments:
getting heaver on my sets every week. and have lost 23 pounds of fat and looking to loose 35 more.

Goal (Long):
I Have a really bad back and neck plus my knees are shot. one is about 60% the other 35/40%, this is what you get when you are a Grunt most of your life and don't take care of your body.
My Goal
is to start from the top and rebuild my body. now i no nothing strong can be built with out a good foundation, i have picked the back and shoulders to start on first as my back is my foundation. once i feel good and strong and my movement is more fluid then i start in on the arms and neck.
this is where i start to add different things to my Work Out. along with these you have to have chest and abs. i am really dreading my legs i have always had strong legs it my knees if they get to bad i will have them worked on. i don't really wont to be a pro. Body Builder i just would like my life back drop my body fat to 9% or so not to skinny and not to big. (but ripped) for my frame
i think 265.LB lean is a good goal so far all is good. i am building muscle and getting stronger.
i am holding at 265 fat right now but i keep loosing inches, so i know i am loosing the FAT.
first off let me just say there is some stuff i just cant do at this point. so i do what i can to maximize my effort and time. i know this sound ass backwards but i all ways start every work out with a one mile cardio. it gets my blood pumping and heat up just to where i start to break a sweat....
06 LE? Don't tell me thats the White/Silver combo. That is by far the BADDEST scheme for that bike. I may be wrong though, but I think not.
Yeah I am working on pushing some weight around in the gym. for the longest time all I wanted was to drop "weight" I am finally doing it again, and realize I want to drop fat, while building a strong definition with muscle. its slowing down the scale progress but I look and feel much better.
