How I Started: My husband is obsessed with fitness so it's rubbed off, and my nutrition course has made me more aware of the effects of food on my body.
Why I Love It: I love the feeling of accomplishment after a good workout, and of course I love the way it makes my body look and feel!
How I Stay Motivated: Feeling my body tighter everyday, and looking at the pictures of the people who inspire me. Knowing that I get to wake up everyday with this body!

So... the plan was to go into the air force, but I found a "better opportunity." Which would have been great... a management training program that required me to work 80 hours a week. However things began popping up such as the fact that we had to train not only people we hired but...

that sounds like a good plan. im going to Missouri in jan- its going to be cold as ****. lol.. but i wouldnt worry about the PT too much you have a lot of time to improve on it, by the time you go to BT you'll be fine im sure.

I wanted to visit Japan at one point just so I could feel huge walking around. But I went to Hawaii and got the same results walking around Honolulu so I figured that was good enough.
