I took kre alkalyn with protein. I gained 10 lbs in that time frame. (155lbs-->165lbs)
I then took a rest from kre alkalyn, but kept on with the protein milk. I lost 5 lbs. (165lbs-->160lbs)
I am currently on creatine monohydrate, nitric oxide (l-argenine), and protein milk.
