I'm never happy about how I look, and want to help out other with thier goals as well.
Why I Love It:
Everything, I mostly enjoy all aspects of it. What I don't like is when cocky people dogged on others while they put in the effort. I've been a jock and fit my whole life, but I was raise right!!!!

O.K I just did my arms and back. I got the overall mass and Def but I can't get that muscle at the tip or top when you flex. what should I do to target that area???

LOL, thanks man, well, hardly eating while we are out at sea has a bit to do with it. The food they serve is full of fat. I stock up on alot of tuna before we head out.
