Tuesday- Run day (outdoors pending weather)
Wednesday- Arms/Shoulders Warmup and Cooldown with a mile run at a steady pace, I do random .25 mile sprints between exercises
Thursday- 2 Hours of boxing
Friday- Legs
Saturday- Rest
Sunday- Rest |
