My friend Richard got me started with weight lifting. Been doing it on and off ever since... been going consistent recently though.
Why I Love It:
I feel better when I work out. It's great for letting anger out. Some of my best days are when i'm pissed off about something. Getting healthier is definatley a great thing too :D
How I Stay Motivated:
I see the changes others can make in their lives just by visiting a gym for an hour a day and eating healthy. Also i'm starting to notice changes in myself so that keeps me going.
BB Accomplishments:
Not so much bodybuilding but i broke the 240lb barrier, I havent been below that for a looong time.
In a few years I want to be a Navy Seal or Army Special Forces. For either of those you have to be strong, fast, and flexible. I can achieve all three of those if I keep working out the way i'm doing.
