I reached my first goal on April 17th 20lbs, now down with the remaining pounds!!!! I want to get down to 165. I don't have a target goal date, bc that killed my progress with the last goal. I will just keep eating right and exercising!
My goal over the next year is to lower my body fat and add muscle mass to reveal a more tone physique. My running goal is an 8 minute mile or less and run a 5k with a respectable time.
