I have a really good buddy of mine who's a work-out enthusiast and he kind of got me started.
Why I Love It:
I like taking care of my body and I strongly believe that living a more healthier lifestyle will help me live longer and happier!
How I Stay Motivated:
Always concentrate on my goal, the big picture at where I want to be at. ALso taking a quick glance at all those fitness magazines; keeps me motivated to be just that good...if not better!
BB Accomplishments:
Have lost a couple of pounds, while tightening my body a little. I won't always get to the "perfect" state but bodybuilding is always a work in progress...

After last month's annual family luau, I begin the horrible cycle of gettin' lazy, eating whatever I can get my hands on and not working out...at all! But now, after a month long break...I  began to realize that my inactive lifestyle has taken a toll on me; eventually motivating me to get back...

Definately. NO Explode by BSN is good. But some people say your body gets used to it after a bit. Kinda expensive. Coffee is a cheaper way to go if you like coffee. I used to take the 5 hr energy which are cool. If you never tried em. Try one or two. I have also tried MRI black( in pill form).

Haha! Hey everybody goes through that bro. You takin any pre workout supps? NO explode or anything caffinated is always good. If I don't have any pre workout a coffee gives me energy. Keep up with your workouts bro you have made great progress so far. But if you need the rest just listen to your body.
