hey bro, i saw you posting about shoulder pain. i'd recommend you get a good joint supplement (animal flex is fine but there's tons of other choices) and lay off of all heavy benching and shoulder pressing for a while. it's likely that you either have inflammed tendons or that you have a bigger issue, but if you can still lift it's likely just inflammation. take some time off and rest it.
