Really started lifting weights my first year of college (2001-2002). My weight and dedication has gone up and down throughout the years since then. My wife and I are expecting a baby in May 2010. I want to be in shape as a father, to give the right impression and leadership of living a healthy lifestyle to my child.
Why I Love It:
Just makes me feel better and more confident to be in shape.
starting the cutting process today! planning on trying to drop about 30-35 lbs of flab in the next 12 weeks or so. Wish me LUCK and if you have any advice, please feel free to pass it along!
I am starting a 12-week program I read about in Flex magazine. I am not sure how much I will like it, because the first 6 weeks is full-body workouts and I much prefer split, but we will see how it goes.
Workout performed three days a week for the first 3 weeks.
