saw some guys in some magazines and thought ..maybe i could look like that one day.
Why I Love It:
i love the burn and the pump .and it relieves alot of stress
How I Stay Motivated:
i thank of what i COULD look like ..and that makes me push myself harder in the gym.

aint quite got there yet .but a big goal is 300 bench ..got just a little more work to do

Glad to hear that man ! U know here's Ramadan came. I mean Fasting festival for muslim. SO I just started it few days ago. Mostly, I went tp school and work and it's too tired somedays for lifting. But I'll try to do it.

Been off last two weeks after my show and started back on Monday. So far workouts have been INCREDIBLE!! Can't wait to see my results after done with this program... Come on bud you set some goals lets try to reach them.
