Warm-Up 15-20 minutes on the treadmill or eliptical....break a sweat!
Stretch
4 sets 15 reps Leg Press 100lbs
Superset #1
10 Clean and Overhead Press
10 Barbell Squats
10 Stiff-legged barbell deadlifts
Repeat for 5 sets, 1st set 65lbs, 2nd set 65 lbs, 3rd set 85 lbs, 4th set 65 lbs, 5th set 65 lbs rep to absolute failure. No rest between each set.
Rest 2 minutes
Superset #2
20 reps dumbbell lunges
20 reps barbell step-ups
Repeat for 5 sets, 1st set 25 lb dumbbells and 50 lb barbell, 2nd set 30 lb dumbbells and 55 lb barbell, 3rd set 35 lb dumbbells and 60 lb barbell, 4th set 30 lb dumbbells and 55 lb barbell, 5th set 20 lb dumbbells and 45 lb barbell reps to absolute failure. No rest between each set.
Rest 2 minutes
Superset #3
20 reps dumbbell reverse lunges
20 reps dumbbell sumo squat
Follow the same pattern as above for 5 sets
Rest 2 mins
End of supersets
5 sets 20 reps hamstring curls
5 sets 20 reps leg extensions
5 sets 20 reps calf raises
15-20 minutes treadmill jogging and stair climber
