Lost 50lbs to get to this point. from 250 down to 200. Eat almost nothing and cardio. Found out prob. not a great idea but here i am on BB.com. headed for the weight room.

Jumped on the scale and hit an all time low of 179.....Sh!%! That is just not the plan right now. I've added clean carbs to the diet and a few more cals, even had major cheat two days ago. Had been hangin out around 184 and looking to add...what gives. Could be i've been playing alittle...

Yup, I'm definitely not gonna let something like this stop me from reaching my goals. Just gonna take it easy until my back's good to go! Great progress by the way; you've come a long way!

Thanks for the compliments. I am lucky to be able to build muscle quickly. Unfortunately I have a hard time losing the BF. I am going to start running to speed things up. It is all about keeping a grip on the one cup measuring scoop when it comes to meal time. If you can stay as focused in the kitchen as you are in the gym, you'll be pretty amazed at what happens. As you are consistent week to week and month to month, change does happen.
