How I Started:
It was a progressive change for me, rather than wanting to become buff all in one shot. I was always into fitness since I ran and did CC in high school...but once my Junior year came around, I wanted to change my entire body. I wanted to be the center of attention. I eventually found this site and kept reading every article daily to learn more.
Why I Love It:
It cleanses the mind for me. When I don't workout, I feel stressed and tense. It almost feels as if my mind is foggy and unclear. When I use my energy to exercise, it all goes away and feel like me again.
How I Stay Motivated:
Videos, reading articles, and pictures.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining rougly 10lbs in the last 3 months. Slow, but it's still progress for me.
