get educated, learn about the Glycemic Index and see how it varies throughout different foods and drinks. Try eating fruits, vegetables, pasta, grainy breads, milk, whole wheat products, rice...
you should get it

yea dude just make sure you carb up 30 minutes or so before you work out so you can have a lot more on demand energy

Hey man, since you have arms practically the size of Arnold's, I was wondering if you give me any pointers of what to do to gain size, workout wise. I think my eating is on the right track, though I could use more protein.

Hopefully everything shows a lot more when I'm done trying to gain weight or when i get up to about 165. I had incredible abs but I had this anorexic look to me which my friends and a lot of people didn't really like, so this time I'm trying to get bigger arms(which is going very well), slighty bigger chest, bigger shoulders, and more cut and slightly bigger legs. So hopefully when I'm done bulking my cutting phase will bring me to my optimum physique

I must know how you got your lower stomach to be so flat and your lower back (love handles area) to be so cut? Is it just being a low bodyfat?
