How I Started:
I got a free membership to the gym at my centre because I work at the pool there, so I thought I might as well use it. Soon, I was HOOKED.
Why I Love It:
In the words of the infamous Arnold, THE PUMP! It feels amazing. I also love to see myself making progress, and I love the admiration I get from people.
How I Stay Motivated:
I make goals and strive to reach them. Having a goal and working towards it keeps me going. I also like how people comment on my progress. That always motivates me. And let's not forget the girls.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't compete, but in about 6 months or so I gained 35 lbs of muscle.
