Thanks for the kind words. I was able to maintain most of what I lost las year, I did try a bulk, but it started to turn dirty so I killed it. My goal is still to make it to below 10% BF. After this Super Bowl weekend, we will see if I can pull it off! :) Take care!

Hi! I saw you are stationed in Holland. Is it Volkel AB by chance? If so, then I spent allot of time in the Dutch gym there as well. Keep up the great progress.

Hi, basically I am keeping my macros to a 45,30,25 ratio, but I have been carb cycling as well. I just experiment with something for a few weeks and see what happens. Cheers!
