How I Started:
Since I started high school working out was a necessity for the sports I played, football & wrestling. After school I continued working out as much as possible until I joined the Air Force and got married. I still worked out from time to time, but nothing serious until Jan 05. Since then I have been at it non-stop!
Why I Love It:
The constant energy and the overall well feeling I get from it. As all of us who work out know, once you get the "Rush" you can't get enough. You even feel guilty when you have to skip a session.
How I Stay Motivated:
Truthfully, my son and daughter. I started a family a little late so I want to be able to do all the things they will want me to do when they are older (Sports and everything else). Plus it helps me stay competitive at the activities I still enjoy.

Not sure of the name, but this is what I do and it works! Get on a calf machine your choice and put as much weight on it what you can do 20 reps then rest 15 seconds and do 20 reps again, repeat for 10 sets. Ok- I am about to go out to my gym and design a new program for myself- last week has been 'rest week of lighthearted goals' *smile ;-) I want the kind of body that makes people just go 'O..M..G..!
