I am scared to find out what my body fat % is lol I'm eating as good as I can for now so I'm trying not to stress about it but it's hard not to. I want to be contest ready in July

I dont like cardio one bit but I've been making myself do it.... I'm sad.... I've put on a few lbs and I'm praying it mostly muscle and not fat.
