How I Started:
I've always been an athlete, I played everything from soccer to basketball, I've always been a runner and I even tackled powerlifting. But even then I wasn't into lifting, I was really thin and toned from all my activities. But with age came....well bad knees lol. So 2 dear friends of mine in the summer of 07 got me back into the gym. They gave me great eating and lifting tips. So now I LOVE fitness and every aspect of it.
Why I Love It:
It helps me with my confidence. I love molding my body to how I want to look. It's a challenge but it's worth it. It's also a dream of mine to become a personal trainer and fitness model...so I have to work hard.
How I Stay Motivated:
By reading and studying. I admire Tanji Johnson and Melissa Hall..... and esp. Alicia Marie! They keep me motivated. All the women on this site also keep me motvated.... it's great to see so many beautiful and strong ladies on here. Also by seeing other people, I'm naturally competitive so I want to be the best. I want to one day inspire people how I've been inspired.

I had to put this on here, this was years ago in Germany. I was really thin back then lol a cutie though but thin. all I did was run and run some more.

Goal (Long):
I'm doing pretty good back at home with eating clean. Now that I'm TDY it's challenging due to the fact I don't have a kitchen but I'm trying. Eating clean is def worth it and I'm looking leaner by the day. I had knee surgery back in September and it's much better but I'm still working on getting knee healthy and regain that muscle and strength in my leg that I lost. My long term goal is to obtain my BA in fitness promotions (which I am working on now), a certification to be a personal trainer and compete. I eventually want to own my own gym/fitness center one day.
She's beautiful and strong and not afraid to show it. I've been a fan for a while and she's a true inspiration and just looking at her makes me want to push even harder. Thank you Ava for what you do!
Well Wednesday I caught a nasty stomach virus and couldn't hold down anything for the past two days. well I'm back at work and I feel awful! I lack all energy and I know I'm dehydrated. I just want to get better :-(
I am a firm believer that it is ALL diet..I eat 100% clean..and only have ONE..just one cheat meal every 3 to 4 weeks..and only one meal..not a whole day. Everything else I eat is clean..never out of a box or a package..all cooked and wholesome.
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you are proving that with hard work and dedication it can be. Keep up the great work. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. You are a great inspiration to so many others.
