How I Started: I have some friends who got me back into working out and now I love it more than ever. Now I can't get enough :-)
Why I Love It: It helps me with my confidence. I love molding my body to how I want to look. It's a challenge but it's worth it.

Goals:
Main Goal: Compete
Goal (Short): the surgery is over....praying for a good recovery
Goal (Long): I eat better but I need to get real serious about eating clean. That's my weakness, I love food. But I've been experimenting with different training and soon I'll be taking up this boxing program. I am due for knee surgery this fall so I want to be in great shape prior to that. But my long term goal is to obtain my BA in fitness promotions (which I am working on now), a certification to be a personal trainer and compete. I eventually want to own my own gym/fitness center one day.

I found a place out here that has a fitness and boxing program. I am beyond excited. It consists of cardio, abs, chest and boxing techniques and moves. I've always enjoyed boxing, MMA and UFC. But I'm supposed to have knee surgery this fall. Should I go ahead and start or should I wait until...
