Background

When I Started: Jul 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I've always been an athlete, I played everything from soccer to basketball, I've always been a runner and I even tackled powerlifting. But even then I wasn't into lifting, I was really thin and toned from all my activities. But with age came....well bad knees lol. So 2 dear friends of mine in the summer of 07 got me back into the gym. They gave me great eating and lifting tips. So now I LOVE fitness and every aspect of it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It helps me with my confidence. I love molding my body to how I want to look. It's a challenge but it's worth it. It's also a dream of mine to become a personal trainer and fitness model...so I have to work hard.

I must say I am glad to be alive to see yet another year.  I was reading my New Year resolutions for 2009 and I achieved a lot of them I am proud to say.  Well here are my new ones for 2010..... 1. Compete again... did my first one Aug 09 and it was a great experience. 2. Eat clean clean clean..... and stop making excuses for myself when I eat those bad things... I have to buckle down folks! 3. Smile more and be happy! Working out def helps with this but darn I can be so negative sometimes and I'm sick of that Evvy.... I want to be a happier and far more positive Evvy and t...

Trying something new

Well I am always open to suggestions and to try new things. My new goals are to drop down to 12% body fat for competition purposes and lose inches in my waist. I'm currently deployed and training here but the food is far from clean so I'm doing the best I can. I just ordered some Atro-Phex and Cheater relief to see if they help make a difference since I can't eat clean.  Any other suggestions? Of course I am still doing my cardio and weight training. Just need to blast some fat!

Eh I hate being sick

Well Wednesday I caught a nasty stomach virus and couldn't hold down anything for the past two days. well I'm back at work and I feel awful! I lack all energy and I know I'm dehydrated.  I just want to get better :-(
